Dont underestimate the power of a 4k psi pressure washer- semi graphic photo

i saw on dual survival you can put gun powder on it and light it and it will burn i closed

Yep, that will buff right out.

I lol'd a little on that one...

Still can't feel my index finger.

My dad's an emt. He said to put disinfectant on it, seal it up, put a splint on it, and then wrap over the splint so it doesn't get knocked open again.

Edit: I retract my statement. I'd prolly go with Jenn's opinion.

Christ don't put super glue on it. There's tons of debris and garbage in super glue. Bad for infections on a deep cut like that.

I have you been many times before without problems, but you are probably right. good advice.

I would spend the money and go to the doctor/ER. It's not worth losing a finger or hand if that gets severly infected. You never know what can happen.

stuff like that always happens to me... if it wasn't for bad luck i would have none at all. back when i was racing i was swapping out a trans for a different race late one night by myself. long story short the trans came off the jack and cracked me in the head. waking up in a warm pool of blood wasn't what i had planned for that evening. Im the MAN

should get it looked at i can see some fat which is never good on a wound

Gotta love a fox body!

Lol it'll be healed before I got there.

I went to urgent care once for like a knot on my neck. They did absolutely nothing and charged me like $300!

I agree, when we didn't have insurance my wife was terribly sick and no one would help us. We finally found a doctor that with the last bit of money we had left n a credit card was able to give figure out the problem. God bless him. He wouldnt do the testing necessary with the money we had but he made a lucky guess. Before him we had gone to the emergency room and ended up in debt 3000$ on the other credit card and they gave me wife stuff that made her much sicker still. I would have to be dying to go to an emergency room without insurance. Most Hospitals and doctors are terrible in my experience. No offense to all the good doctors that are out there and definitely none meant to the one doctor that did help us with the last bit of credit we had.... Wife has been healthy for most of the last 10 years now thank God!

DUDE!!!! Can we get a warning on this thread title!!!! I was just eating breakfast!

:hungry:

Hand injuries are pretty serious because of nerve endings and mobility issues. I used to be a meat cutter and would routinely have accidents with the knife or saw requiring stiches to close wounds to the hand. It won't hurt to have someone look at it.

You should get it looked at. If there is an urgent care clinic, it would be less time and money than the ER. Like others said, if it gets infected, it will be a lot worse.

have a 3500 psi honda washer with a point spray tip, along with several others.

the first weekend of playing with it, i used the strait strem/ point tip nozzle to spray a few stubborn stains on the concrete driveway. This spray was cutting the concrete. So now instead of stains, there are now a few swirly cuts in the driveway.

live and learn.
