Is this safe on painted rims???? I'm assuming if it's diluted it's cool, but I just wanted to find out for sure from people who know. Thanks!!!!

Yes, you should be able to use it on painted wheels. If you want to be on the safe side, dilute it 1:1 with water.

DP All Exterior Cleaner is a very nice product. I've used about 3-4 gallons. However, it's just a little high-priced for being an APC, which is why I don't use it anymore.
