where are the suds with this product?

I bought the bogo dp auto bath shampoo... got it today and excited to use it but i was in a hurry. so heres what i did put about 5 gallons water in bucket and put 2 pumps (from the gallon pump dispenser) in with the water (not sure how much shampoo that ends up being, as to what they recommend but it looked good cause i was in hurry) anyways I started washing with a mitt and it almost seemed as if all I was using was water... (just wasnt much there as far as suds)

It ended up being nice an clean when done but I just am wondering if the product is always like this... or if i maybe did something wrong?????

Feed back please

I think the pump dispensers are only about one ounce per pump. I would give another ounce or two and try it again. Did you use the water to create turbulence to mix it for you?

I found EXACTLY the same thing...almost like using a waterless wash when it's on the paint.

I was quite disappointed about this, but I've learnt to live with it although even my Megs Gold Class lathered up better.

It's still a good shampoo though, just doesn't lather as well as I think you and I like.

I use 2 pumps with 2.5 gallons of water. 2 pumps with 5 galons is not enough.

hmmm interesting... well i guess i will just try using more

Yea, well I guess their directions aren't exactly precise....

What exactly is a bucket of water.....

I have 10L buckets that I use for cleaning the wheels, etc, and 5 gallon buckets that I use for the paint.

According to the web site, the mixture is 1 ounce for 3 to 5 gallons of water.

I use about 2oz for a 2.5 gallon bucket or so and use the hose to foam it up. It does wash very well (lots of lubrication / cleans very well / leaves car shiny), it does foam up, but may be not as much as other products. I used to use Megs Gold Class and like the shine from the DP better.
