Got a chance to use this product today and thought I’d make a review since it’s new and some forum members may be thinking about trying it. I received as part of a giveaway from the kind folks of Autogeek, but below are my honest opinions and they did not ask me to leave any reviews or to say anything on the product. If you have any questions or comments/criticism don’t hesitate to ask or let me know,
Here goes!!

Product: DP Detailing Products AIO Polish and Seal
Where to buy: DP All-In-One Polish & Seal is the advanced, multi-step product you have been waiting for. DP All-In-One Polish & Seal is designed to remove surface
Consistency: Thick, almost like caulk
Color: Pink/color of oxidized red single stage paint
Scent: Cherry(so good!)

My Thoughts:
I used this product by hand so honestly didn’t expect any swirl removal. My aim was to brighten up my paint and clean the surface on my recently purchased 30 year old $1200 Miata. This is a Midwest car so has seen probably as many winters as it is years old, there is rust on the lower panels and lacks overall shine from being a daily driver of the previous owner.

I used some foam hand polishing pads and a couple microfibers for product removal and to clean the pads. One fender in particular was quite oxidized and almost flat in color and the paint is failing a bit. I started on this panel and worked around the car, applied to a working area, rubbed in and shortly after wiped off. The product quickly hazes over and if not removed immediately can put up a fight when being buffed off.

Here’s the fender before, 50/50 and after:

Knowing I had planned on just cleaning up the paint and not going for any sort of correction I wasn’t let down by the performance of the product. Other than going “tacky” quickly I am very happy with it. The paint cleaned up very easily and looks so much brighter and glossier. I intended on applying DP Paint Sealant after this but I was tired after applying this by hand(apartment living) like our dads used to and had spent quite a few hours away from the wife. I’ll see how it holds up over the next week or so and apply the sealant later. We are expecting some rain over the next few days so I will post up any beading shots I can get.

Here’s some finished overall shots of the car:

For doing it by hand, I think that is impressive. I’m wondering if using a machine and spreading it thinly will make removal easier?

Nice review!

Oh without a doubt it would’ve been so much easier to remove. I wish I was able to use my machines but not possible at an apartment. Either way really nice product to work with and I’m happy with the results for just over an hours worth of work.

Thanks for the review. Great car for this type of test. I’m selfishly glad you didn’t put the sealant on top yet since it will be nice to see the AIO results as standalone first.

I’m kind of glad I didn’t do the sealant just yet either, it’s going to rain for today and I’d like to see what type of protection the product leaves. It is quite thick and feels heavy to work with, I’m just hoping that equals out to mean good protection. I’ll update later today with pictures!

Great work doing it by hand, remember with our products a little goes a long way so apply thin!

Appreciate that! Seems all my years of weight training have paid off in the “elbow grease” department. And yes a little goes a long way, on the areas where I applied only a small pea sized dab I had no issues at all.

Just a couple updated beading shots, they were taken after my drive home from work. The beads were a little larger and not totally uniform than what we’ve come to expect these days in the age of coatings and SIO2 sprays. The beads did however sheet off quite nicely as I drove home and the AIO did leave the car dryer than previously.

I look forward to adding the Paint Sealant in the coming days though as I’m sure that’ll give the beading and more drastic sheeting we tend to see from pure protection products.

Thanks for the update. Still pretty good for an AIO.

I’m curious to the directions on the bottle... do they suggest letting the product haze or give any info on removal time? TIA
