Why are you wanting to apply it so soon? Theoretically it will last forever on a garage queen.
To answer your question theoretically you can but the coating won't last long as it would perform at its maximum on a well prepped surface. Also claying will induce marring and polishing will be needed to remove it.

Agreed with The Guz. You can technically apply another layer right over top of the other one, it just may not bond as well and hold up as long. It will however add more gloss which is good! I would just recommend wiping the surface down with the paint prep first before applying the 2nd layer.
