I have been a fan of free and clear detergent. I haven't used a dedicated mf detergent until now. I am on the fence. But leaning back towards a free and clear product. I used a small and by small load of mf's I mean 5, one drying ww and four waterless/ rinseless towels. I also used 1/2 to 3/4 oz of dp microfiber cleaner. The directions state: 1-2 oz for half load and 2-3oz for full load. I consider the amount of mf's I had justified 1/4 load. I mean I washed 15-25 before and not a lot of detergent. So here are the before and after..,.. Feed back welcome.

Final thoughts:

I picked it up on bogo. So I can mess with the amount of cleaner. The before and after online don't quite reflect actual results. Will I go back to free and clear product..,,.probably. Will I use the mf cleaner again? ProbablyI will use more next time to see what is meant by "small" and "large" loads. Thanks for reading

Less towels in the washing machine doesn't mean it's a "smaller load". The amount of water in the machine dictates the amount of detergent needed for the desired results. I would have used at least one ounce. I have had great results from the DP cleaner. I would have probably considered soaking those really dirty towels first as well. In addition my drying towels would not have been included in the load with those stained towels. I'm not trying to pick I'm just saying what works for me! :)

Valid points. And thank you for info. I use less cleaner based on front load capacity selection ( low) which means approx 11-12 gallons water in washer. perspective -top loader up to 40 gallon water usage. High capacity setting uses 13-15 gallons water which I would use 1.5-3oz. Also in past I have never used full cap, actually only fill to low line in cap of free and clear = approximate 1 oz of Cleaner. High line at approx 1.5ish of cleaner. I guess I could have included info in review. Never crossed my mind honestly. Live and learn. I am def going to use it with adjusted amounts. Just adjusting routine. Have you had similar results as the before and afters on the product page online?

I have used this for a long time, grabbed some more on bogo also. I usually use at least an oz in my HE washer and have never had an issue cleaning dirty towels. Try a little more next time and you should get different results.
