DP Odor mitigation?

does this product actually elimnate the odor or just cover it up for awhile?

as we all know you have kill the bacteria that is causing the odor in order to eliminate the odor. and to eliminate a protien odor(food) is different then eliminating smoke odor. even the Dakota Odor Bombs do not eliminate odors but they do seem to last a very long time covering odors up.
 
According to the web it eliminates the odors... DOB states that too I know that DOB doesn't just cover the smell up from first hand experience... Some smells just don't die lol
 
i am trying to find the post but i had just read(within in last 2 weeks) that someone used Dakota Odor Bombs and the smell was back within 3 weeks i think. therfore that tells me they do not eliminate odors they just cover them up. i will admit i have never used them just going by what others have said
 
I know what post you are talking about... That seemed to be an extreme case of odor though....
