DP poly coat?

I have not used this stuff and had some quetions about it.
1.Is this a all-in-one product? If so how much cleaning power does it have?
2.How long does it last?

Say's it cleans/prep's the paint while sealing it.Considering it's a LSP,for protecting.Should look good.
Don't know how long it last thou I would like to find out.I have some on the way from the BOGO.

Newbie here, just got my BOGO order of DP products. Just wondering what I need to do to apply the Poly-Coat on a car that has Collinite 845 as LSP? I applied the 845 three weeks ago. Would I still need to use a paint cleaner or maybe do an IPA wipedown? Thanks for any feedback.

I have it on the girlfriends car, which sits out 24/7 and is still beading almost like when it was applied last april/may.

You should remove the Collinite 845 prior to applying the sealant. You want to put the sealant on first, let it cure for 12-24 hours (depending on temps) and then reapply your collinite.

The Poly-coat is a sealant and has no correction ability. I've used it on my black Avalanche and I was satisfied with it's performance. I've since stepped it up from the DP poly-coat to the Menz Powerlock. I prefer the powerlock of the DP, but it's a good product for the price. I can't tell you about the durability, since I'm anal and like trying new products, so I left it on for about a month and then ended up stripping it down to try out the powerlock and collinite 845 combo. Which came out awesome!

I suggest you wash the car with dawn to help strip the collinite. Then do an IPA wipe down. Collinite is a tough wax though, so it may take a couple washes or wipe downs to get it all off.

Will do. Didn't know collinite was that tough to take off. I wasn't impressed with the collinite on my silver altima but it was awesome on my 20 year old red bimmer. I appreciate the advice.
