Okay, so I had too much time on my hands and I wondered: if I spray DP waterless on a car and then wipe it off with ONR, is that a waste? I liked what it did on my wife Accord but it's usually kept pretty clean. The surface had a nice sheen to it.

The first time I did an ONR rinseless is presoak with ONR QD strength. I guess it just made me more comfortable having the panel soaking already before wiping with the ONR. But I came to realize that I may have been overdoing it because I was presoaking every panel(didn't matter if it was not so dirty).

Next time I will only be presoaking panels that I think needs it.

Can't see how it would hurt it. But I wouldn't do it personally. I don't want to waste product. ONR is a great product, I have never needed to presoak a vehicle before ONR.

I presoak with wash strength ONR (or DP RW&G, if that is what I'm using) from a garden sprayer.

I presoak dirtier panels with UWW+, to add more lubrication and to pre-soften the dirt and traffic film. I don't do it with the whole car though, as I don't think it's necessary.

I pre-soak lower panel with a mixture of Zep citrus degreaser and DP waterless or rinseless ( forgot ), then use the steamer to steam clean.
