i dunno man, I'd hose that stuff off (garden hose or coin-op) before thinking of doing a rinseless on it

I'm sure it would work but at what cost? To be a true test, you'd have to know the condition of the paint before the wash and then after.

You'd also only need to do one or two panels at most to determine if there was marring b/c the panels were too dirty.

I polished to about 90% before winter, as far as i can tell i didnt get much marring or damage, it came clean but i "pre soaked" and used wet towels, it took about 15 towels using all 8 sides and im happy with it, next time i will change it up and pre rinse at a coinop, just a test to me and thought i would share it... im very impressed... also i used about a gallon of wash on my car so you can imaging how wet the panels were

Pat,

The Pontiac looks great but I agree the BMW needs some rinsing before you hit it with a rinseless Wash....

was the silver car as dirty as the white one?

You get a little OCD when your car is black. Some of the testing I've done in getting to my preferred rinseless wash media has left some marring on my vehicle and it wasn't even half as dirty as yours.

did my fiesta the exact same way only it was with ONR and it suffered no marring at all, the secret is a good high concentrate presoak with warm water

Im very pleased with how the car came out!! Very minor marring if any as well

Wow Pat nice job. In the before pictures I didn't realize the wheels were chrome and in the pictures above I was like wait.... lol

$3.99 for 93! Damn I last filled up on Friday at $3.77 for 93 by me. Did your gas stations jack all their prices up from the storm?

Great looking BMW!

I've got a love hate relationship with waterless washes. Here in SW Mich we can get some rough weather and a lot of the time cars are to dirty for anything but a regular wash or a coin-op.

Yay for an insulated garage and a warm water line to my Karcher

thats awesome. you really put it to the test. looks great.
