DP Wheel Glaze cleans and protects all types of wheels! Durable wheel polymer wax coating protects wheels from brake dust adhesion and corrosion.

Got some fresh air today and wanted to try the WHEEL GLAZE. With coatings etc... this is kind of going old school for wheel protection. Spray on/rinse off being the easy way. Wheels were clean. Wearing Hydro Blue. The ZR2 wheel is a intricate design. Meaning a PITA to apply a wipe on wipe off product. But grabbed some older MF towels and stool and went to work. It applied easy enough. Decent scent. Let it haze and wipe off. Have to admit, the wheels looked great afterwards. Resin based, so I am guessing protection should be decent. Glad I got a chance to use the product.

After the first wash with just soap & water, wheels cleaned up nice. Good beading of water also. So the protection offered must be decent.

What did you use to wash the wheels on this occasion? Wash mitt, microfiber towel, or brushes?

As you can see, wheel design is a PITA. I usually shoot them with Hydro Blue and done. The wheel glaze took maybe 5-10 min a wheel, so not too bad. Wheels are cleaned with soap & water and speed master and mothers wheel brushes.
