Dr Color Chip - anyone order this? How long does it take to ship?

Dr Color Chip - anyone order this? How long does it take to ship? I've been waiting almost 3 weeks.
 
I just ordered some towels and colorchip on 5/30. Tracking info states that it will arrive tomorrow. I cannot say if my experience is typical, it's my first time trying this product. When I ordered, it did say usually ships in 2-3 business days, it shipped out 3 days after the rest of my order, which I received on 6/5.
 
Used it for years, best touch up product out there IMO.
 
I ordered before you May 22...still waiting.
 
Shoot them an email. I got mine on less than a week. Fantastic stuff one of few products that live up to expectations with a little finesse and patience.
 
I just got mine and it took over 7 days just for them to fill it. Then another 7+ days to ship
 
I ordered it through the Geek and got it direct from Colorchip in less than a week.
 
I have ordered directly from them many times and have always received my order within a week or so. It sounds like they are having issues.
 
They must have just stopped
