Drying aid that gives a good 'wet look'?

Very nice looking Denali !

Just needs the driver and passenger side windows tinted now to really set it off .

this guy uses ONR and OCW as a lube to wash, clay, and protect in one process. Haven't tried this...

then here he uses Opti-Seal as a drying aide + protection

Ok. Used d156 the other day. Liked it. Good stuff. Used aquawax today and am on on the fence. Seems harder to buff out and noticed a few areas that really needed more buffing after I had gone for a ride (too late then). Maybe it'll 'cure' overnight and I'll be wowed in the am.

I do like the gloss that spray sealants give, but I'm not sure about thief use as drying aids. Although, most spray waxes are probably more sealant like anyway.

Opti-Seal hands down!

I think I've heard of it being used while drying, maybe it was you that posted it before.

I haven't tried WG Sprits Sealant as I dry, or heard much of it. Maybe I should, along with the Opti-Seal.

Or, maybe it was here that I heard it.

I've have done rinseless, Car Wax clay lube, then dry numerous times. Very nice for a production style detail with good results. I do use a bit more spray(Car) wax that way than if I did them as a separate step. Note: do not attempt in full sun unless you are really quick.

Wolfgang Uber Rinseless diluted to waterless wash ratio. Awesome gloss. Added lubricity.

Meguiar’s Synthetic#X-Press Spray#Wax or 3d touch. Can't go wrong with either. I use both for 2 different occasions when washing my car.

Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax and Blackfire Wet Diamond Polymer Spray are my two recommendations. I've been really happy using both.

My vote goes to WG Uber RW at 32:1 ratio (spray on drying towel and wipe paint dry, gloss is amazing)
or
UWW+ at Waterless ratio (same application method)

What's the ratio you use for the waterless wash?

1/3 ounce Uber rinseless concentrate to 16oz water (straight from the AG web site). That's 192 16oz bottles of waterless wash out of a 64oz bottle of concentrate.

Actually I think the website says add 1/3oz to bottle, then fill with water to the 16oz mark. Something like that.

I added about 1/2 oz in my last 16 oz bottle. Seemed to work just fine.

I have been using griots quick spray wax as a drying aid after washes and it does a great job at that but can't help but wonder if there's something that will give my cars a 'slicker' 'wetter' look without adding another post drying step to the process?

I use Wolfgang Uber Rinseless mixed up at 3 ounces to a gallon of distilled water and it makes the perfect drying aid. Slick as snot, very nice shine and no worries of harming anything even if you missed a spot during the wash phase. Just be sure to fold your towel if you wipe a dirty area.

I used to use various detail sprays but IMO the above works as good if not better for pennies.
