How would you guys suggest drying the mothers polishing ball? The inside of it is not drying.

Squeeze it as hard as you can to ring out as much of the moisture as possible, then air dry or put it in the dryer.

Can you put your pads in the dryer also? Will it harm them?

Ring out as much water as possible then put it back on your drill or whatever else you might use and spin it inside of a bucket.

That's what I've done in the past. The one time I did not run it on the drill to dry, it sat on my counter in the house for 4 days before the center was dry.

Dunno on the drier...I have seen others say it shortens the life of the foam by making it a bit more brittle.

Yeah letting pads and such air dry just takes way to long...

hang it on your antenna and drive around for a while!:D :D
