I put them in the washer but they get real hard and small :o LOL
If i lay them to dry, they keep thier shape but the insides stay damp and I am afraid they will mold.

How do you guys do it? :o (once again) HAHAHAHA

you can throw'em in the dryer on low heat

I just flipped them inside out right now, the ring is really tight, I think I may of tore it a little too, they were pretty cheap from Walmart but I really like them

if the mitts are euros from walmart there a good mitt..I was going to tell you not to turn the mitt inside out..i tore three mitts at the thumb..

HAHAH oh well, they were like 6-7 bucks each, I really like em!

So on low heat they dont shrink?

I've had my sheepskin wash mitts for years and they still holdup great. I wash them alone in the washing machine with liquid detergent and just hang them up to dry in my house at room temp. The inside skin does get a bit hard but they soften up after they're put in the pail of soapy water. I think
I paid 14.95 for each of them, they are good quality and were worth the money. Bought them at another site whose name I won't mention. Now that I have found Autogeek, I won't be dealing with them any more. Tired of items being overpriced and disapointing (except the mitts).

Does anyone else experience them "Shedding"? I've recently been using my sheepskin with 4in1. Gets kinda messy. I end up with 4in1 bucket filled with fibers from the mitt and that gets on the finish when wiping it down, plus the loose fibers float in the air and stick to the finish. I've never had problems with sheepskin "shedding". Could it be the 4in1?
When I clean it, its in a bucket with soapy water. I don't machine wash it and just hang dry it.

I wash mine by using the soapy water already on them from the bucket. Take out a grit guard and lay the mitt on it and on hose off. I will slide it over the end of a broom handle till needed again. I dont care if its wet or dry the next time I use it.

Experenced the same when using ONR doesn't happen when using normal soap (NXT/GC). I don't remember if it did when i used QEW though =-/.

Maybe i have it backwards, I'll ONR this weekend and update. I really don't like using rinseless washes as they don't seem to clean very well for me.

yea..i have no problems with car soap..if used correctly rinseless washes are safe..I'm still apprehensive using'em in the winter months..

i read where people will add a capful to there soap bucket to reduce hard water spots..does this method work??if i don't dry the windows rightaway i end with massive water spots..same thing on the paint

It does work as I tried it Monday at 11:30am and the windows barely spoted up at all (car is white so I can see when it does unless i really look for them). I mixed ONR with NXT (car was pretty dirty) and worked great. I don't have shad living in a townhome so this methode works great for me.

Well darn. I like the sheepskin mitt for 4in1, but It sheds. I use my MF mitt for rocker panels and bumpers. I don't like the Schmitt with 4in1. I guess I'm out of options.

I think there is something in the rinse less washes that make the hair slip on wool mitts....I have seen a lot of posts on different forums where people use the wool mitts in soap and no problems..use it with a rinse less wash and the hair starts to shed (slip)..so it must be a ingredient on the rinseless washes that cause it....I have wool mitts over 3 years old and never had one shed with shampoo ...

AL

So what kinda mitts do you guys like to use with rinseless wash?
