Drying tine Solution Finish.

I'm prettying up a car for sale and plan on using Solution Finish on the lower textured vinyl trim (black 2014 Hyundai Tucson). I wanted to know if this stuff dries completely (100%, no transfer). I wouldn't want a potential buyer to walk away with black smudges on his/her clothes. Thanks.

I typically apply to all the trims that needs it. Then buff off. I don't wait for drying or anything. So it takes me made 5-10 minutes to go around the car applying it, so that is the drying time it gets. I also apply a sealant or wax or what ever LSP on top afterwards.
