Drying

I've tried to cheat it a hundred ways. I always come back to good MF drying towel in one hand, and air in the other. Start at the top and work your way down. Dry the jambs last with a cleaning towel. Nathan

I use Makita cordless leaf blower. (corded is fine). Air dry at max speed quickly. Go around with a good towel. This works for me.

Wondering if there are better ways to dry a vehicle for production detailing so faster and better.

I dry cars about to go under a buffer by hand as by the time I'm done cleaning and prepping them, there's near zero hydrophobic properties present thus a leaf blower won't do a thing to help. Give them a good wipe down drying all areas as best possible, then I will typically just go at it with a buffer. Any drips of water will quickly dry and not be an issue by the time I get to applying an LSP.

you can use a drying towel which will be quicker but many like to touch the paint as minimal as possible to avoid marring/scratches. if you have a coat of wax/sealant/coating and you use the flood/sheeting method before drying there won't be much to dry off. a simple 150mph leaf blower (the mckee's 37 turbo dryer is pretty awesome btw) will work fine and any small droplets remaining can wiped off with a microfiber towel...

McKees Turbo Dryer works well.
