Drying

Would this be good for drying cars, getting the water out of the cracks, etc.

Blower Unit

I guess! They all serve the same purpose. I have a black and deck. Neighbors think I'm crazy, but.........Im the MAN Works great. The less you wipe the better off you are, so use it to blow the water off the car in a downward angle. Make sure the ground around the car is wet to prevent dust from flying.

Yea, I have a leave blower that is two parts kinda. You can take the end nozzle off so you are not 5 feet from the car. I use to hate washing the car because of all the drying, but a leaf blower really helped things out!

Looks like the CG toy! Try it out, maybe it will be the best $20 you've spent?

I have the CG one and it serves its purpose. I use it to blow water off an engine after I have cleaned it and to blow water out of cracks and what not. It isnt super super powerful so drying the whole car would be a pain but its nice for small spots

I bought a shop vac/blower in one...was 3 or 4 years back at lowes....i love it...saves a ton of time and is nice to have a 2 in one...only thing with it is i have to make sure the filters stay clean so i dont blow dust onto the car :)...but other than that its a dream. Then you can easily dry the remaining water with just 1 MF...not 2 or 3 like you'd usually need. :dblthumb2:

Not sure about the handle (or lack of?) on that unit. sears has had a bunch of leaf blowers half off lately, not sure if they still do. I got the 12amp variable speed with 2 yr warranty for $40. I use it at full power without the boom attached and it works great. I would get one with decent reviews on amazon, a lot of the small generics burn out pretty fast.

I also Got the wet/dry vac that is a 2 in 1

Ah so you also know its awesomeness! Its funny i found mine on sale during a x-mas thing a few years back...but never see them for sale anymore...which i dont understand cause its such a cool vac..seems like if they make somethin that works these days...they discontinue it.

After getting some coupons in the mail, I ended up buying a $30 Weed Eater blower (160mph) for $25 at my local True Value store.

Nice! Sounds like a good deal. I use a Homelite blower from HD and it works great. I just hated how big it was, so I bough the Master Blaster Sidekick for the small areas. I hope it works good.

I purchased a Master Blaster at Detail Fest and I love it.

As long as works that's all that matters...:props:

For that price buy two!!:dblthumb2:

After trying the leaf blower and looking around .......I tried my brother in laws cattle blower......I know sounds strange but its like the metro blower and really does the job..

I got a decent deal on ebay
