Dual Setups (Mobile and In Shop) - How to organize?

Our new setup involves:

Four of these: Husky 35 in. Mobile Job Box-222167 - The Home Depot

&, one of these: DEWALT 16 in. 88 lbs. Rolling Cantilever Tool Box, Black-DWST20880 - The Home Depot

We can fit enough supplies for a week's worth of details (interior, paint corrections, coatings, etc.) and then wash MF's, pads, etc. and re-supply each box over the weekend. The setup has been working great and the fact that everything is on wheels and latches shut is amazingly helpful after a long day of detailing.

Those are really nice. I work alone so the weight and space constraints I have made me go with the Rigid system. Can't argue with DeWalt. If I grow and have a helper, these are definitely a great choice.

Are you able to skip the shallow organizer box and stack 2 pro tool boxes on the pro gear cart?

I think the height of the handle and/or the amount of weight in the boxes might be a factor. I just took the slim one off and had the cart, box and open container stacked and had just enough room to grab the handle. I believe the open container is about an inch or two shorter than a box which is why I think it might be a factor. I was going to put my DAs, extension cord, drill, etc in the bottom, towels and pads in the box above. I got the slim box to test towels but may return it if I'm able to fit towels with pads in middle. I like the open container for the obvious products.

I wish I hadn't, but I recently discovered Festool Systainers. They're very pricey but can be configured so many different ways. I think the only downside aside from the price, is larger polishers (most of them) won't fit in a normal sized Systainer. If I had the money I'd probably have about $1500 invested in their products lol. I can't find anything even close to as nice with as many options for any price. One day I'll have a shop and it will be stacked with Festool.

Man those Festool containers are awesome. When and if a shop is in my future, strong consideration.

Will the average hight spray bottle fit in the deeper boxes?

In the bottom rolling cart, yes. In the tool box, not the taller spray bottles. However, the 22oz Griot's bottle does fit. That's why I opted for the open milk carton style for spray bottles.

I will be heavily invested in them once I start making money :D You can get Tanos (all black version of festools) inserts that fit into the Systainer 3. They also have a smaller insert that'll fit in the Systainer 2 for 3" pads.

Sure, it'll only hold 12 5-6" pads, and sure they'll end up costing about $110 each. But damn that looks sweet :D The problem with Festool for me is they have such a verity of things and I want a lot of them. I will go broke :(
