Yep.. i did this the first time i used iron-x.. mainly cos i dodn't know it all the iron was gone.. the car was pink (white to start).. so literally couldn't see what the hell was going on..
Second time around i got a few spots but honestly 2/5th of bugger all...
Subsequent use (4 months later) showed additional iron but no near the first full clean... i do not do a second pass now.. as maintenanc eits not worth it.

I switched to a UK product though as iron-X is hellish expensive.. (30% of the cost of iron-x in 5l).
I have done back to back and its euqally effective.. also stinks just a s bad..
