I own a black silverado that is my DD. I have polished it out once already but as we all know keeping the swirls to a minimum is a full time job which i already have plus everything else that goes on in this hectic life. Anyways I'm okay with actually using a product to hide to swirls for now. I was looking at possibly using PB black hole and then top with collinite. Will the collinte help to make the BH last longer and hide the swirls longer.

You will get varying opinions on this, but my feeling is you will get the durability of the first product you put down. Collonite is designed to bond to paint, not an oily glaze, so when that glaze goes, the collonite will go with it.

Most waxes have some filling ability, id just go with the collonite personally. Save the glaze for your garage queen.

I use on black hole on my BMW 540, and I've tried topping it with just about everything and what I have found to work best for durability is the pb ex-p sealant. But make sure the black hole sets for a few hours prior to topping it.

so the collinite has the ability to hide swirls these are very mild swirls i actually used meg gold class and it hid them pretty well just dont last

Why not try out Ol' Faithful. Klasse AIO topped with 845. That'll make your car look great and is super durable.

Autopia is part of PBMG, as is Autogeek. Same company.
Now as to Collinite 845 over PB BHG. It will last at least 3-4 months if maintained. PB is not an oily glaze.

There are 2 Autopias:

Autopia.org = The original, now owned by HD Products, very annoying company to deal with, but there are some truly great people there, but the Mods are so easily offended...

Autopiaforums.com = Copy-cat, not the original. Now owned by PBMG.
