DOing daughter's car today...white Sebring. Old finish, lots of cracks int he paint, etc, but it is polishing up lots better already.
It sits outside 24/7...
I am thinking a glaze to really fill the the blemish, think so?
If so, what one should I use: Meg's 5, 7, old Wolfgang, or Red or Vanilla Moose?

Then I am going to top with Collinite 845. Sound like a plan?
Followed by some Mother's Top Coat I have been wanting to try.

So durability is key here. If I really didn't need to fill the spidered paint I would do the Klasse twins topped with Collinite, but I'll wait until Fall to do the other. I'll have her wax it every few weeks with a simple spray on to help prolong this summer.

Any tips?
Thanks man

Scooter...the RMG and collinite will give the best look...and durable..try getting 2 coats of the 845 on....just to ensure coverage....

well the RMG does not fill to much....the #7 is the best filler you listed....but RMG looks better under a wax

Thanks.
I started with the Megs, but didn't care for it. So I swapped over to a Pink Moose mix and that worked nicely.
I 845'd it, added some Natty Blue on top of that just because it has been awhile and I missed the smell!
Gonna finish off with the Topcoat and see how it does.

Collinite is a little bland looking but very durable, use the Optimum Gloss Spray to liven it up.

I actually liked the 845. On white so a little hard to judge. I could tell it is different, haven't found anything that feels or has the consistancy. This is the first I tried it, which was a sample from a few years back. I do think I will buy a bottle (dang just placed an order today) with the next order and use it for relative's cars and ours to prep for winter when the time comes.

We actually were just missed by the tornados rolling through here in NW Ohio, darn sure could tell it was crazy nearby. Anyways, the car is beading really well. Doesn't seem to have a tight and consistent bead as others, but really nice beading nonetheless.

KIllr, I do have the Opti spray wax. That's what I'll have her use on it with her routine washes. She gets her license in a few weeks so today I "taught' her proper washing and claying. I'll go over more stuff soon enough. She couldn't believe how long it took and what was involoved with just a basic wash :>)

I will have to agree to disagree with you on this statement. On a well polished surface 915 looks real good and lasts a long time. Although the new Optimum QD does add a nice look, I still like the looks of Collinite for a durable wax. The OP wants a durable product and not a beauty wax, which I know is your go to LSP.

thats why we each pick our favorite products and look. I think it needs some additional gloss to look like fav's from Pinnacle and DP. Nothing bad, just a personal note.

As for the Optimum Spray, not the original or new wax, try the new Quick Detailer and Gloss Enhancer Spray Scooter. Its quick, slick, and quite notiable.
