Duragloss and Collinite Kit suggestions

We are going to be putting together some kits for Duragloss and Collinite and we would like everyone's input.
Let us know what kind of products you would like to see grouped together, this way you will get exactly what you want.
And THANKS GUYS!!!!;)
 
DG #101, #105 and Collinite 845 or my preferred DG #101 and Collinite 845 as I already have DG #105:D

Russecu, sounds good. #101, #105 or #111 and Collinite 845. Winter kit!
Haven't tried #111 or Collinite 845, been reading a lot of good reviews.
 
do a kit with the PBA....105....AW....FC&S...and 915 or 476s...that will be a very durable combo.....can add 101 as a cleaner or base..but it does not have durability close to 105..it is no slouch by any means..but 105 lasts..trust me...

one kit PBA..one kit 101...


with those products then AG adds some other goodies...MF's...or what ever they feel will make the package attractive..

Al, What do you think about #111. Thinking about getting some.

111 is a good product...I had it on the Honda from Nov. to late May....with 2-3 applications of AW during the winter and it held up great..still had a nice gloss and water beading B+..it is a nice product....very durable...it has a different look then 105..105 has the best look of the 3 polishes they offer...it has a very deep wet look...111 has a clear look like zaino ...high gloss look...slick ...and very clear looking.,...111 looks great on lite colored cars...and metallic paints...but stands out on dark colors..

1..TPP 105....best..cars I have done in June still look like just done

2..111 CCP...better...went thru winter with out a problem

3.PCC 101 ...good ? ?...awesome cleaner/sealant..1 step product...never had it as a true LSP..so can not really comment on durabilty factors..but seems more of a AIO type product..may last all winter never know....

A kit with a mixture such as 845 or 915 along with some AW, DG wash, and their sealant would be great. I want to find more info on their trim dressing that apparently is very good and doesn't run off in the rain.
 
Surfer..the trim dressings work great..no streaks from rain...the one I use the most is Duragloss UD (Vinyl & Leather Dressing)..I asked DG if I could use it for black plastic trim and they assured me I could...this stuff lasts...try it...gives a nice new look..not to glossy...rain runs off it...only downfall..it smells like some type of perfume...but goes away fast..does not linger....I use it on my black textured Ford trim..and also on the dash..and door plastics...

I tried the Non silicone dressing...which I liked....and it does not streak and no rain wash outs.. just water beads...but found the Vinyl/leather dressing last way longer and has a more OEM look...

I love it. Its from what AL told me a PURE sealant, so no cleaners what so ever. It really brings out beauty on a properly preped car toped with a nice carnuba. I use it on my Moms Volvo XC 90 and top it with maxwax for brownie points! :D

Anyone try the #111 in direct sun? Is there a curing time since it's a pure sealant? I've been hearing great things of it.
 
The pricing along with the results make DG an awesome buy. I can't wait to see the gallon sizes prices.

It can be used in direct sun...as long as the car's paint is not 180 degrees..lol...and yes it does have a cure time like most sealants...24 hours is best...polymer sealants need to crosslink..meaning they exchange molecules of one element for another...most exchange ethylene for oxygen..so curing is important for a durable finish....haste makes waste...

What about for the grey plastic on the rear bumper of my suv (Mountaineer)? I was going to try the dressing for black trim and was wondering how it would work o nthe grey plastic. Not sure if #253 or #271 would work better?

the 253 is for like tires and rubber...and 271 is a rubber dressing also for rubber bumpers and black rubber parts...and a thick like silicone liquid....the best are either 321..the non silicone dressing or 201..the vinyl leather dressing....those two work the best on hard plastic...

I heard the Marine protectant was good also for trim..but I got a 64oz of the Duragloss UD (Vinyl & Leather Dressing)...so will wait till thats gone and try the marine dressing after to see if as good

On Duragloss's website, they have 1 gal. I believe the #111 was around $55.
