Duragloss Giveaway - Personally signed by Ron White!

Im a big fan! DG 531 is the best Ive ever put on those oh so critical Convertible weather seals. DG 501 over 601 is a killer wheel sealant combo as is 105 over 601. Everything I use DG is great. Oh yeah how could I forget DG AW. If you pick me, send the 105 to Corey who is the most selfless man I know!

You guys are too funny! Good luck to everyone that enters! :xyxthumbs:

I have never tried Duragloss and have no plans to try it. If I win I'll probably just throw it away.

(I'm trying reverse psychology since, apparently, I can't win things I really want)

I have used DG 901 car wash, APC, Bug Remover, plus a rinseless product (two different samples) that seemed to never make it to market by DG.

I have not tried any DG product but have been wanting to try the 105 and AW. Hope I win this!
:xyxthumbs:

I only have the Bug Remover and I want to try their Car Wash Concentrate the most......but I FOLD to Richards post #13!

I've only tried DG 901 and Aquawax which I got as samples.

I'll make it simple. I bought more...

I have used 501, 101, 105, 111, Aquawax,
and the spray foan fabric cleaner. I think that Duragloss makes some of the best stuff out there. Aw is the best spray wax out there, I dont think it can be beat. For a car thats less then perfect 501 cant be beat. It cleans better then most cleaner waxes and leaves a gloss that last a long time. !05 is my favorett. Nothing beats it for gloss and long lasting.

BANG !!!!! Im the MAN

As in Bang for the Buck...

AW was my first DG product and still my all time favorite DG product.
Looks great, Super slick, Simple to use, and best of all cheap to purchase.
I always make sure when people ask me about what products they should use on their cars. AW !!!! Gotta have it.
It really works well with Silver.

901 Car Wash is the best soap out there. Super concentrated, super suds...
A little goes a long way. rinses clean.

501 is my new favorite from DG. Super cleaner, easy to use, long lasting, great looks.

111 Underrated.

Someday I'd like to try DG105 on top of 501. Someday..!!!

What is it for price ? Like $11 for 16 ounce.. I can't believe I haven't purchased it yet
Its 90% of what BFWD and PL for 1/2 the price. No brainer to me...
I've waisted more money on crap products then go for a truly solid product.

FC&S and the Bug Cleaner aren't too shabby.....
I have gallons of that.

I like DG 105, 901, Aquawax, and Fast Clean and Shine the most out of the DG products that I have used. Here was my experience with DG 105 - this was from June 2010:

OK, so I went ahead and did a quick detail on our 1990 Honda Accord for Father's Day. It was pretty dirty, since I hadn't washed it in about 3 weeks or so. While I was at it, I figured I would throw a coat of wax on it - it had a coat of M16 on it that was probably 6-8 weeks old, but it wasn't beading quite as well as it should, particularly on the horizontal panels. I was debating between DG 105 and Collinite 845 and figured I would go with DG 105, number one because I hadn't used it before and number two I figured this car could benefit from the chemical cleaners in it, since it sits outside 24/7 and only sees a wash once or twice a month at most.

Process

Interior
Vacuum
Dust with Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer
Inside glass with Sprayway glass cleaner and glass towel

Exterior
Clean tires, hubs, and wheel wells with Meguiar's Super Degreaser and assorted brushes
Foamed car with foam gun and Meguiar's Super Soap
Rinse
Wash with Meguiar's Shampoo Plus, 2BM, grit guards
Dried with Cobra Guzzler
Klasse AIO and Duragloss Aquawax on exterior glass
Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax on side mirrors
Duragloss 105 on paint (didn't need to be clayed)
Optimum Opti-Bond on tires

Product to be used

after doing the whole car - this was a brand new pad

a few afters - I actually had to take these the day after since I finished up as it was getting dark

exhaust tip, polished with Optimum Metal Polish and #0000 steel wool, sealed with Klasse AIO

Thoughts on DG 105: This product was very easy to use. I applied it to the whole car, did the windows and exhaust tip and then came back and removed it with a Meguiar's Ultimate Wipe. As you can see, it pulled a lot of dirt out of the paint. I was even getting dirt on my towel as I was removing it. It was very easy to use and remove - perhaps not as easy breezy to remove as say Poli-Coat or Collinite 845, but it was by no means a struggle to work with. Also left a nice shine. If I can remember, I will try to post back here with durability updates. It should get quite the workout, as the little Accord only gets washed once or twice a month (I try to do it at least every other week, but that doesn't always happen). Very impressed with this product so far - seems to be very effective. Thanks for looking!

If someone wins this and plans to use it, I will gladly trade you a brand new bottle of the same product! In fact, I'll even throw in a new bottle of Aqua Wax. :xyxthumbs:

Dang, we gotta let Richard get the signed bottle and give Corey an unsigned one. I wouldnt want to see an ex-Marine cry!

I looooove DG products.

My go-to sealant is DG501, because...

"When 501 is on my GTIzzle, it makes the ladies drizzle."

Has DG released any new products in the last few years?

I have used rain repel #751 and all wheel cleaner #821...Both held up nicely. You have to ensure that the prep work is done correctly for rain repel to perform effectively. All wheel cleaner is safe and does a good job with removing brake dust.
