Nothing like the APC, colour is different for starters (green). Plus the UO is a bit more paint friendly than the APC
 
The DG APC is a different chemical base than the UO Cleaner...

The UO is citrus based...I believe it is citrus oil based and very paint friendly and rubber also...its a very nice cleaner and can be used many ways with dillution ratios...

It cleans very well from interior to exterior...I never tried it on any heavy brake dust..but on light to moderate it does well...

I just used it to degrease my ATV engine to rebuild it and worked good
