I currently use Souveran paste on my 2011 Kona blue metallic Mustang. I like the product, a lot but the dusting is very bad. The day after applying, my car is covered with dust. Very deflating.

I've been considering giving Fuzion a try. Can anyone comment on the dusting of Fuzion?

Also, anyone ever use both/compare?

Thank you!

Unfortunately I haven't come across a product at all that significantly reduced dusting.

You mean the product dusts?

Or

The dust from the environment sits on it?

my understanding is that all waxes and oil type products attracts dust.
Switch to a hybrid sintetic wax or a coating - sealant

Fuzion is worse than pinnacle. It was a dust magnet for me as well

Souveran collected dust really bad for me on my blue chevelle. I switched to bfwd and it doesnt attract dust as much.

Just an FYI, if you get a blower like a Metro Sidekick, you can blow 80% of that dust right off. Kind of a PIA, but you can do it.

All waxes dust. I wouldn't pick a wax based on that because I think it has more to do with season /environment. A QD like FK425 can help discharge the static right after applying. But, if dust is that bothersome, you may just want to switch to a sealant or coating.

IMO Fuzion is more of a "beauty" wax, like if your sprucing up the car for a show or maybe applying before winter, like I did last year and honestly, it held up very well if I do say so myself.

Thank you for the replies everyone.

I do use a QD after waxing, and to remove the dust. Just very bothersome. My LSPs were sealant, followed by Souveran.

I just put a coat of DP paint coating on for the upcoming Wisconsin winter. Curious to see how it holds up!

Thanks again everyone. Looks like I'll stick with Souveran when i need the look wax provides.

Move to a sealant or coating ... traditional waxes with oils will not attract as much as capture some dust. Obviously over application causes dust upon removal.
