ECH2O 2nd use (left over juice)

It seemed to get darker/richer/deeper as well. Or I'm nuts.

we're both nuts as depth or not, we're wiping down clean cars over and over again. haha! seriously though, I don't know. I just love how flaw free the paint is. Makes it hard to see if my defect light is working :) I still hesitate to hit it with my "ugly lights" aka halogens. I swear those lights show future flaws they are that good.

When I got a sample of ECHO pre-release there was no instructions or any info about how to use it. I mixed it approximately 20:1 and tested it in various environments. I was using it like a "normal" waterless wash where I would spray it on the car, wipe it down, and then buff it dry using a dry towel. I never got any streaks and any streaks that I did see pretty much evaporated like glass cleaner. I think if you do a stronger dilution like 10:1 you might have to go back around the car for a 2nd wipe down to ensure no streaks which is an okay trade-off for the insane lubricity you get at that dilution.

I mixed in about 3oz of Reload into about 25oz of what I had mixed up for detail spray at ratio of 1:20 and it really works great! I read about doing this on another site and must say that it worked out nicely. Sprayed on the the front side of a rag to dampen it, then directly on the car, wiped, then buffed with the backside. Super super slick and a wonderful shine. Gong to see how this holds up and performs overall.

I tried reload by itself last year and hated it so I have about 3/4 bottle left. Using it combined like this on top of a car with multiple coats of ceramic should prove nice. Certainly does on a day like today.

I'm pleased :) Took less than 10 minutes while on lunch and between conference calls.

Looking good and nice decal on your back window! I'm assuming you voted for Trump and are a member on Arfcom?

Thanks! My one image link is dead as I moved it. See below.

I'm a pro 2A yes ;)

AR Wise / firearm wise, I'm a member of a local forum/group and am a lurker on some but nothing specific to AR's. I do have two, a 15 in .556 config and a 10 in .308 config.

Nice! Paint looks amazing, dripping wet. I see she's wearing her snow shoes! Boo to that! Lol! I just bought a Sig MPX a couple weeks ago. Love it!

Thanks! Lots of hard work getting our two black vehicles perfected like that. I'm picky and a little OCD as many of us here are thus I tend to keep her nice and clean. I have to give the dripping wet credit to McKee's paint coating. I prepped it with Essence and coated it with two coats and it began to candy-effect immediately. Most noticeable on nice summer days when the big puffy white clouds are out and reflecting off it. :)

I apparently haven't been paying attention...didn't you have a white Dodge? That's gone?

I missed being able to take pics like this.........

So is this new ECH2O better than ONR? If it is, i would just throw away my ONR bottle and buy the ECH2O.

Also, doesn't ONR leave a Shine surface too? So I dont see what's so new with ECH2O?

ONR leaves polymers behind. Ech2o leaves polymers and SiO2 (silica/quartz) behind. Not really on which is better than the other. ONR followed by ech2o as a QD is great.

Well then ECH2O is def better. Maybe I will do ECH2O as Waterless Wash, then follow with QD ECH2O, that's even better. What do you think?

Wolfgang Uber rinseless/waterless followed by Ech2O QD is amazing.
