So for the third time in the past two months my car has been egged, not anyone elses on the street just mine and it always seem to happen rite after I detail it.

This time it left some swirls in the paint so Im asking if my SSR2.5 and SSR1.0 will take care of it with my Green and Orange Edge 2k pads.
 
im going too, we dont have a camera at my house but I saw this program that uses webcams as a monitor system with motion detection on ur computer im gonna try that... still trying to decied what to do once i catch them.
 
or you wait with a gun, which is exactly what would be happening in my version...

its vandalism on your property, you have rights too.
 
Are you joking? That many times in such little time and they're only targeting you? Anyone pissed off at you in the neighborhood that you might know of?

I have a Logitech webcam that has motion detection on it. You just set it up and it starts recording everytime it seems something moves. I LOVE IT!
 
how does the logitech work? is it wireless? what is the range or how long is the cord for connection to the comp?
 
No, the Logitech one isn't wireless. I just have a very long USB extension cord to go with it which allows me to put it in quite a few places.

However, Linksys does make wireless webcams. Cool stuff.
 
I'd probably have a gun ready. Man, get that camera set up. 3rd time and only your car, that's really messed up!
 
yea I dont have a gun (IL) and I dont think I would shoot someone for throwing eggs but I sure would want too. P1et what program u using I have the Logitech Orbit the one with the head ontop that can move around....

now anyone know if my poorboys polish can take out these defects?
 
I am pretty sure I would have them strung up in a tree by..... (You fill in the blank)
 
Man that sucks!! And I thought I had bad neighbors!! I think it's jealousy and Iwouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be teenagers or some unemployed pot head who is jealous of your ride. Why else egg it after it's been detailed? That's just maliciousness!! I hope you catch the little snively-nosed brat and he gets what's coming to him. :mad:

As far as buffing it out, a pic would certainly help. You could try buffing, but sometimes those egg shells can go right through the clear, especially if the egg has been hard boiled.

yea def not hard boiled because there is the gross egg gooey stuff everywhere on the car afterwards which is a ##### to clean

um nothing, dont make assumptions I have done nothing to deserve this n im going to laugh when I finally find out who does this.

Im thinking either they will pay for a repaint or lets say im not a person that stands and just talks.
