Hey guys,

I am in the market for an electric power washer.
Any recommendations? Read a post about powerworks...seemed to do the job well. Also what foam lance are you guys using?

Let me know, I appreciate your feedback =)

I've been using the Cleanforce 1800Psi 1.5GPM. Works Great, Long cord. Has a nice wind up feature for the hose. Does a great job. Cost about 160$ at Home Depot. Something happens to it bring it back and grab another. Also has a solution tank but I've never used it.

I use a Greenworks one I picked up at Lowes for under $100. My advice is to get one that stands up and is on wheels of some kind.

I switched from Electric to Gas. I got a Craftsman 2000psi 1.8GPM at Sears for $149. Works like a charm!

:iagree: I have the same PW, its been flawless so far.

I have a gas but often wish I had electric. Sometimes here in NE Ohio its cold but I can still work outside, gas won't start so it would be nice to just plug in and go.

I have the ar blue clean 383. Does a perfect job for me.

Stihl ###!! I was at the local small engine repair shop and was talking to him about pressure washers. I really recommended a Stihl, very few problems and he could get any parts need if there was an issue. He has a real "hate" for the cheap Kärcher and other "disposable" washers. He is also a repair shop for most pressure washers out there, Kärcher, hotsy eta. Buy something you could possible fix or has a replacement warranty. He said most if the cheap one are unfixable so the warranty they come with are useless.

I agree somewhat, lol That is my current issue with inverter generators I want one that can be repaired very quickly if need be without a long down time waiting on parts and so forth.

AR Blue 383 with their adapter for foam cannon. Plenty of power and easy to use.
As far as gas vs electric, I went to electric simply because you can't let a gas washer run for more than a minute or so without water or you can damage the pump. Now I do have a 2500psi gas for RVs and longer trucks when the cord doesn't make it convenient.

I have been eying the electric Simpson that is currently in Costco stores (it is in-store only and not available online). Costco has a very generous return policy with regards to product dissatisfaction.
