Since this is a detailing forum, I thought it would be good to have some fun with living in an ice age.

Here is my beauty just waiting for some warmer weather. I'm sure you guys from OH, PA, and NY can top this.

Let's see your cars at their winter worst!

I'll post some of my jeep when my wife gets back home. I felt like I was mudding down our Main Street yesterday! Terrible! It's white so it won't show as well as your black, but it'll still be visible.

If I posted photos of my Jeep the way it sits I'd probably be arrested!

Those car are clean compared to the ones here in new york.
my cars are whiter than the snow from all the dam salt on them.
i feel paralized here. If the temp would just get to 35 i will wash them.
even tho it has been snowing every week here including tonight. this is like a nightmare.lol

Sorry guys, Florida filth, just had to share. :D

There is something seriously wrong with that car. I don't see any blotchy white splatters, no gray mist all over the sides, no washer fluid drips down the side. What's wrong with you! :D

After growing up in the Midwest, there's no way I could leave California to go back to that crap.

For those with OCD,......err I mean those of us who detail for a living, seeing those cars make me want to clean something. lol...

That`s nothing honestly. Whats sad is I will spend a good hour detailing my daily, and it looks just as bad in a day or two.

Living in the "snow-belt" regions provides for (if nothing else):
Excellent before-&-after photo-ops.

Unfortunately:
This morning I missed a golden chance of a photo-op of some creatures-of-the-wild:
A few white-tail deer had mistaken my vehicle as a salt-lick.

man be careful washing that VW..

Only touchless or pressure washers for now.

We actually got above freezing for the first time in about 3~4 weeks, so I took my lunch break to run it through a nearby touchless, which actually did pretty good in knocking the crud off.

We're supposed to get more snow/sleet tonight and rain on Monday...oh well.

Too funy. It's a shame it isn't deer season any more.

It doesn't look that bad but you can tell it's not how it's supposed to look:

I love GTIs, good choice! I like the wheels too, mine came with different ones.
