Employee Salary Question

Pros -

I'm in the middle of a class assignment and need your help! I need to figure out how much, rough estimate, you would pay (hourly or salary) an employee for detailing in your business. I realize this will vary greatly depending on location, experience, etc, but if anyone has some benchmark numbers they would be willing to share, I would GREATLY appreciate it!

I like the hourly + tips

Depends how much responsibility you're giving him

$10-$15 + tips sounds fair to me
 
At the dealers shop that I supervise, we pay guys up to 13 per hour plus flat rate bonuses.. So the opportunity is there to make up to 19- 20 bucs per hour.. basically the guys with the best eye for detail get the highest rate..
