Engile oil on carpet

What products have you had success with in removing engine oil spilled on carpet? Apparently a 1 liter of bottle of engine oil was spilled in the trunk of a customers car. He soaked up all that he could. I have a dupray hill injection and an extractor at my disposal. Let me know what works please.

I would imagine 1Z APC mixed up for "degreaser" would probably work well. It seems to break down oil and grease quite while and I've used it on carpet with good results.

I'd try to hit it with Dawn and tons of water after to soak it all up. the only issue is the oil probably seeped its way through the carpet. On my own car, if it was close to an edge, I would lift my carpet and clean both sides as well as the floor panel.
