So I have gotten my engine bay clean and everything looks great. The only parts that I'm struggling with are the water pump and alternator.
What is best to clean and makes those look the best they can? And also since they are in such hard to reach areas.
I know you can polish these parts but since I'm not taking them off anyone got any other ideas?

chemical guys has some water based products that you can just spray on to give it a nice natural shine.

That can shine up aluminum? Cool I will give their site a look. thanks!

oh, not aluminum sorry, i thought they were plastic hoses, they do have metal polish but idk how you could get to them.. maybe a wool tire cleaner with some metal polish on it

Welcome to AGO! I would say clean with APC and agitate with a brush if you can reach. If that is not good enough switch to a degreaser. If you want to keep them nice maybe try Hydro2 and rinse. Let us know what kind of vehicle and include some pics and we could help more.
