So I'm in the market for a hot water extractor and based on input from many of you I decided on the Mytee Lite II 8070. Found a site selling them for $630.00. By far the lowest I've seen anywhere. Your thoughts if this is a no brainer? And yes it's the new 3 stage and not the old 2 stage version.

Price sounds good to me. I bought mine brand new for $650 (that includes shipping).
