Episode 2 - Who likes Mustangs? - Jack Miller's Mustang Barn!

Did that guy buy all of those and the mini diner?

Yes, Jack purchased all of these cars and everything you see in the building... Jack is a living example of the American dream as he's worked hard all his life for everything he has and considering he started out working as an attendant at a gas station he's really done well.

He's an incredibly knowledgeable guy when it comes to cars and he and his staff gave VIP treatment while we were there filming this episode.

You can read more about Jack here,

I sent the link to this thread to him and his staff as well as all the people that are on our show and also to all our sponsors...

I also have a lot of pictures of most of the cars in his collection that I'll upload to this thread starting on Monday...

Recently I posted something about pictures in this thread,

New Teaser Video - Autogeek's What's in the Garage TV Show!

Pictures from the show
I took my trusty, dusty camera along and took lots of pictures. So if you see a car in the show that you're interested in I'll be adding these pictures to the www.AutogeekOnline.net discussion forum where you can post your comments or ask questions.

From reading other forums from other TV shows I found there is usually continued interest in specific cars, projects and people showcased on the shows that usually leads to questions on the forum... but there's usually no follow-up and no pictures...

So anyone that's been reading my forum posts over the years knows I'm pretty good at getting pictures and then getting them up in an easy to view format in a thread....

So as a follow-up to the above, in this episode you'll see me ask Jack if I can take some pictures and then you'll actually see me taking some pictures using my trusty, dusty camera. Besides for the purpose of getting the pictures, I wanted to tell the "TV World" by being seen taking pictures, that after the show is over, there will be "pictures" of the cars on the show at Autogeek... (specifically the forum). Whether or not the TV audience can find their way to our forum I'll have to leave it up to them... I can only do so much to help them...

Most of the other TV shows you watch on TV there's no way to really interact with the host or ask questions about the cars featured on the show. Because I've always made it a goal on any forum I've worked on, to get the pictures and then get them up on the Internet in a way that makes them easy to see, that is "inserted" into a thread a 800 pixels wide so you don't have to fiddle with a slide show or some other complicated method, or horizontal scroll to see the pictures. As promised... here you go...

Jack's son built this sign for Jack...

Man that is a hell of a collection. Still think its to S-197 bias though lol.

I am curious though how this guy manage to get into his possesion so many different concept cars. I mean hell he has one of the early race concept 302's, the OLD '05 GT350 car and I am pretty sure I saw the red '05 RENA350 car hidden in there.

That would be a "Dream Job" to take care of all those cars!!

:buffing:

Got to see today, awesome job Mike. Love that super snake. What a collection he has.

P.S. Hi Meghan from Myrtle Beach. :)

Jack's collection is impressive indeed. While we were filming a number of people came to the Mustang Barn, mostly with some kind of business to do with Jack and you could tell if it was there first time there because they would just be in awe of all the variety of Mustangs and the pristine condition they're all in...

To listen to Jack talk about how he started out, basically a rags to riches type story is very impressive and inspiring...

I'm going to Jack's Mustang Barn this week to drop off a copy of Episode 2 with Jack, seems as though he's gong to make copies of it and play them at his 56 Ale House Restaurants.

Pretty cool... :xyxthumbs:

Want anymore pictures?
Would anyone like any specific pictures of any of the cars, engines, interiors, etc, in Jack's Mustang Barn?

I'll be there with my camera... :Picture:

Also, Episode 2 should show up on this page able to be watched over the Internet sometime this week...

Re: Episode 2 Now Online! - What's in the Garage?

I haven't had the time to watch any of these episodes but made time to download and watch the first episode this morning before work. Good show Mike!! I see me getting stuck in front of my computer watching the rest of the available episodes. I'm glad to be able to download and watch them at my leisure. Thanks.
