Etching From Bird Poop

Washed, Clayed, then went through Ult Compound, Swirl X and NXT 2.0 and my truck was looking good about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, came out to my truck after work to find bird poop on the side of my truck. I used Ult Quick Detailer to clean it off, but noted some etching. Could I just use a a little Swirl X and then rewax that area to get rid of the etching???

Yes you can or you can try using a cleaner wax as well first. I have also used a scratch remover.
