Ever use your detailing skill on something other than a car?

cell phone camera lenses

seems the samsung camera plastic can be scratched by a light breeze.

3" griots with some different polishes and it was looking good!
topped with a coating.

should be scratch free for a while.

I'm guilty of buffing my washing machine, and I'm sure i have the cleanest lawn mower on the block.

I used my PC 7424XP on my shower/tub and tried my best to clay some of the rough waterspots. Used some cheap DuPont Cream Wax for the job on the white polishing pad that came with the PC. I also waxed the toilet with really, I mean really old Armor All Car Wax that I had in the house. Next will be the large mirror and the sink/countertop in my bathroom. After that, I'll try my hand at stuff in the kitchen.

I have the cleanest lawnmower around!

Stainless cook top gets cleaned and sealed regularly using detail chemicals.

Sons 41" rolling tool box, he brings it to my house once a year, we steam it clean, polish and OC it.

All 3 shower enclosures at home get cleaned and treated with KAIO every once in awhile.

I used a clay bar kit and then my flex3401 in the kitchen using meguiars 105 on a corian countertops, then used a finishing glaze on top of it. (since, I didnt have the meguiars 205)The finish came out amazing, but you could see very fine scratches. the finish made it look better then new.but the finish was very slick.

I used my pc xp to sand a car...

Funny this thread got bumped back up. I just finished using my steam cleaner to cleaner the shower. No more soap scum and residue!

This is a great thread - makes me realize how unclean everything I own is lol - all my vehicles need at least 3 steps and full interiors, and the house as well :/ But Im sure the gentleman that mows a baseball field for a living has an overgrown yard and weeds all over the place!

I am so glad my wife doesn't read this thread.... My "Honey do" list would be a mile long!!!!!

i actually started backwards, as in with a rotary buffer on furniture. and had to learn how to use a DA recently. But i actually buff furniture almost everyday and use my DA at home for allot of things now too ;) ps3, xbox 360, speakers.

Any pad and product recommendations for doing granite countertops? I did a small test area today with a white hybrid pad & Optimum Spray Polish. It was better but certainly not a OMG type of difference. Was going to try a blue hybrid pad with either the Optimum or perhaps try some Menzerna FG400 on a blue pad. Someone used M105 (have that too) on corian but needed a second pass with something else. I'm not going to go there....I don't want to do a two step. haha. KISS this time around !!! Thanks in advance - my Mrs will be very happy. And we all know, happy wife...happy life.

I polished out my SS fridge with my GG DA, abs some OTC metal polish/sealant
