Well originally he said I can work in the warehouse, but we had a hard time figuring it what was a fair price for me using it. So we haven't talked since.

But i recently texted him asking if we can use the parking lot for a meet, and he said it was fine. I'm assume we can use his water/power/bathroom. Maybe we can throw a little bit more money so there wouldn't be any problems and we can both be happy.

I'm still confused. There's a world of difference between using the parking lot and having access to water/power/bathroom. If we are using the parking lot, he doesn't have to be there, he doesn't expend any money on water and power, he doesn't have to worry about us messing up the bathroom, and he doesn't have to worry about us messing with or stealing whatever is in the warehouse. And we still have to explain to the cops when they come through on patrol what we are doing and that we have the permission of the owner.

If we're just out in the parking lot of an industrial building...I don't really see the point vs. a mall parking lot or something like that.

I agree. Gary, if he isn't supplying water, power and a bathroom then the money isn't worth it. We can simply use a free parking lot if that's the case. Just find out exactly from him what the stipulations are to using his parking lot.
