Long story short: I placed an order which included a 1L bottle of CarPro TRIX, but was mistakenly shipped a 600 mL bottle. Contacted Nick because I was having issues with the general email addresses bouncing back, Nick ships off a 1L bottle (not just another 600 mL bottle), helping to make up for the inconvenience.

If only all companies operated like AG. Well done...

Big time. By putting their customers first, AG actually (and take note, greedy corporate America....) GAINS MORE customers and becomes MORE profitable. What a novel concept!!
