I did a search and didn't find what I was looking for.
What does everyone use to clean up the stainless exhaust tips and make them shine?

Be sure it's #0000 steel wool.

I've used APC initially with a EZ Detail brush, followed by #0000 Steel wool on the inside. I finish off with Mothers Chrome Polish.

Depending on their "condition"...I've used:
•Cleaners such as P21S products/Sprayway/Flitz-SS/etc.;
•Abrasives (specific to SS) on polishing/mushroom buffs;
•Final polishing with Simichrome


Note:
Unless the vehicles' SS-components (such as exhaust tips)
are removable, and then able to be relocated to a distant,
remote work-site:
Then no steel-wool ever comes near my vehicles!

Wow! Very impressive... I wasn't looking to spend that much time, but I guess I have to if I want them to look good.

My Audi has a direct injected engine that emits a ton of carbon so my exhaust tips are always stained. I'm not a pro but I've had the best luck with Optimum Metal Polish:Optimum Metal Polish, chrome polish, wheel polish, aluminum polish, motorcycle polish, how to polish metal
