Hello guys!!

After long hours of researching I have decided to put together a combo that I think will work just fine. I will be applying products with PC7424XP on a black 08 accord, & will take pictures before, as I go, & after.

1. Meg's gold Wash
2. Megs Clay kit
3. Meg's swirl X - orange ccs pad
4. Meg's deep crystal polish - white ccs pad
5. Collinite 845 - grey ccs pad
6. CG Black light - red ccs pad
7. CG V7

Any suggestions?

First off use 845 after blacklight.
Secondly switch your pads around wih bl and 845.

The law of diminishing returns says stop after 5. What ever LSP you use, layering 3 on top of each other is a waste of time in my mind.

@ gatoman - I'm using collinite as my wax and backlight as a sealant if I stop on 5, should I wait for next week to use BL & V7?

There's nothing wrong with what you're doing. However, at the end of the day you're using 3 LSP's (waxes or sealants). The general rule of thumb is sealant first, than a wax on top of it, but not in the same session. I would let the sealant cure for at least 24 hours.

Personally I'd be done after the sealant, but that's just me. Do what you like, try it out.

I would go right to Blacklight after the swirl X and skip the Meg's polish. The BL will clean the paint and should refine it perfectly after swirlX at the same time leaving the sealant protection. Then do the 845 and apply V7 then and after subsequent washes.

i would go bl then 845 and use v7 for maintenance washes. either way bl is sort of an AIO so it will take out you 845 if used first..

@ Gatoman - Thanks for that link, it was the missing piece to my research. Info was very helpful!
