Howzit going,

A customer calls you and ask, "what is paint correction?"

How do you explain to them without confusing them?

It is a process that removes imperfections in the paint...instead of just filling them. Using a ------- pad, ------ product, and a ------- polisher. Fill in the blanks.

Cleaning your teeth vs root canal/cavity. Surgery vs facial.

if you have a website, maybe you can direct them towards it where it may show some 50/50 shots of your work with an explanation in-depth of what it is that you do...

Or have a swirl free car to show off and point out their messed up finish. No need to have sun, just always carry a flash light with you.

Below is one of my favorite, and most interesting
discussion found among the numerous AGO
forum threads regarding:
"how to explain paint correction"

An editorial:
Mike Phillips' contributions to this thread
are more than memorable; monumental,
in fact, may be more apropos!!
