It was an audiobook of The Art of Detailing, which I would want in print if at all. Can't use an audiobook as a reference. I'm guessing they were just stuck with a bunch that weren't selling.

If you tell people they're getting $50 worth of something with an order, then they expect $50 worth. They take that into account when they decide to order. So it's not "free" when it was part of the decision on a $200 order. If they're getting a $13 audiobook, they should be told they're getting $13 worth.

I was excited to see what I was getting, then pretty disappointed when I saw what it was. Feel like I was tricked.

edit: I'm not hating on the book or the author. I'm sure it's very useful, as is everything from Mike Phillips. I'm hating on telling people they're getting $50 worth of product then giving them something you sell for $13 in its least useful format.

As I asked before, did you try to contact Customer service? We cannot help you but they can.

Got a response. Basically told me to go #### myself: the item we're selling for $13 has a retail value of $50 because we say so; you csn return it if you want.
