What do you guys all like for exterior glass protection, sealants etc. Do they work well and are they very durable?

Thanks
Rick

Why do you not use those products on the windshield ? Just curious .

I find clean glass beads quite well on its own.

I use a sealant about every 3 months, then inbetween I use either Invisible Glass (beads awesomely) or Duragloss AW

I like Prima Hydro after the glass is all clean

I use a sealant. I do not do the windshield for fear of glare at night...will use a QD....Megs. UQD is good as is QS and others.

I actually use Mothers Chrome Polish on the glass (exterior only). This was per Forrest over on their site (when I was there way back when). It works pretty well. You have to be light and quick with it, but works great as long as you don't let it dry too long, or apply too much. Otherwise it's a PITA to remove.

KAIO works awesome on glass, bonds better to glass then it does paint, doesn't last long by itself on paint but will last at least 2 months on glass for me. Can always spray a light layer of AW on top as well. I've never seen clean glass bead water off the way that combo does. And its fine on the windshield, why wouldn't you use it on the windshield?

Chrome polish is great on glass! As long as you remove it when it is still damp. When I was kid I worked for a glass company and they used to keep there windshields out side {have no idea why}, they would go over them in and out with chrome polish to remove water spots, bird droppings, basically anything and everything that was on the glass. It can also be used on mirrors {obviously}, cleans and clears them up real nice.
