Has anyone ever used Extreme Wheel polish? It came in a black tub with a screw on cap...it was a pink cotton wad product. The stuff was incredible. I haven't been able to find it and wondering if anyone else has come across it anywhere...

No...I tried Nevr-dull. Thanks for the response. It's a wadding like that...except it works much better. You could take a bare aluminum wheel that hadn't been washed in 2 years...heavy break dust, salt, etc. and put a mirror shine on it. I had customers bring wheels back and tell me they tried everything to get them clean and nothing worked. I would go out and clean about a 6 inch area of the barrel or the rim in no time. They would just say "WOW" It never really went main stream but I was hoping someone was still selling it.

I don't know...that's what I'm trying to track down. I used to sell it through the company I worked for. I don't remember the name of the company I used to order it from. I was hoping that someone had seen it somewhere.

Thanks for looking and answering. It's not either of those. They may not be in business anymore. I've spent a couple hours today looking. It's a shame...that stuff was incredible.

It was sold by a company named "Ouator" I think. It was pronounced "water". They were out of Dallas.

I haven't seen it for 15 years.

I have a pink wad of polish like that and it's made by shining monkey. I got it at pep boys.

Yep...that's the one. I know it came out of Dallas. Did you ever use it?? The stuff was great. Thanks for the info. I still had some at my store when I had to retire...that's been about 7 years now. I was hoping it was still available. Thanks for the reply. I'll search the net one more time under that name.

Maybe they sold the formula. Does it cut through grime real easily??

I have only used it on exhaust, since my wheels are CC, but yea it gets the grime off easily.

I used it. It was good stuff. We came out with a version that had our metal polish impregnated on surgical grade cotton gauze called "Polishin' Pad". It did well in the motorcycle market but we ended up dropping it about 10 years ago because it became too expensive even for Harley guys.

Thanks for the info. It seems like it was kind of a family operation. I know they quit making it for a while. Then started again and American Racing marketed it for a little while.
I think I'll try that Shining Monkey. I hate to keep buying stuff hoping it works as good only to be disappointed. Thanks for all the help!!

The US importer was Hulcher Enterprises out of Denton TX. I just googled them and they're still in business. That was the family operation out of Texas.

Good luck finding some.

I'm going to try the Shining Monkey. Hopefully what their making is similar.

They are near Toronto, Canada, north of Buffalo, NY.
I just ordered off their website.
