just awesome. ive been using this for quite some time now, and i dont know how i did without it.

awesome on wheels, but also great for cleaning tight nooks, in between grills, and ive even used one of them to reach down into the engine bay and get some grime.

the other thing that i didnt know but just learned after checking their website is that if you use it with hot water the bristles get even softer. although i will say i never once saw any scratch or even a swirl mark from them. but i think with this knowledge i will use them in even more places like door jambs, between the truck cab and bed, etc...

bottom line, if you dont have these in your detailing armament you need them.

I've had these in my cart but then when order time came I had to chip some $$ off and these had to go (along with some other items). I still want to get a couple.

Are they sturdy enough to get caked on brake dust out fo the wheel barrel? I've used similar brushes that are great but can't handle the heavy stuff even with a potent wheel cleaner.

i havent had any issues what so ever. i've used them on my truck wheels and i havent run into anything its struggled with

Very impressed with this multi-use tool. I've used mine in the engine bay and wheels. My wife has an ss trailblazer and i first used it to clean the inside of the wheels, it worked great and best of all I didn't cut my hand on the calipers trying to get a mitt in there!!! I'm planning on getting at least a couple more and there Made IN USA!!

looks good as well. and its made by the ez detail brush company. i think i might order one to compare the differences.

The new Dayton speed brush looks good. Has anyone tried that one yet? It has more of a feathered end, not just bristles.
Daytona Speed Master Wheel Brush, auto detail brush, Wheel Brush, Tire Brush, Detailing Brush, Corvette brush, Mercedes brush, sport wheel brush,

I recently purchased this brush and I've used it once so far to clean my wheels. I have a 09 Corvette Z06 with the Spider wheels. What I liked was it allowed me to do a good job getting the brake calipers clean. I've been struggling with just a rag and that wasn't working too well.

I also used it to get the inside of the wheel clean. This worked only OK. I think part of the reason for this was I had never really done a good job cleaning the inside of the wheels. It was hard to get behind the spokes.

Would I buy the brush again? Absolutely. The job it did on the brake calipers was awesome. I've always liked the way bright red calipers pop from behind the wheel, but this doesn't happen unless they are clean. As for cleaning the inside of the wheels, I think they will get cleaner after I wash the car a few more times. I can't imagine a great way to keep the insides of the wheels clean without taking them off the car.

It's the 3rd blue brush I'm going throught because they all rip from the wood handle.. pretty cheap if you ask me. Looking for something else.

The red Daytona is a little better than the blue EZ brush.

I currently have both. While the Daytona is indeed a bit stouter a little caution and care will extend the life of both brushes... in one piece.

My 1st EZ Detail brush broke right where the wire goes into the handle, as many have experienced. That's where it got the most repeated bending cleaning inner wheel barrels and also when I shook out the water when done while holding it by the handle. The vendor had EZ send me a new one pronto although I had already ordered the Daytona when it was unknown that a replacement was forthcoming.

I now take great care to pre-bend the brush part so that I can avoid bending at the handle. I also hold on to the wire instead of the handle when I shake out the water before hanging it up. I think this will seriously increase the longevity because where the wire goes into the handle is definitely the weak link.

Although the Daytona is stouter repeated bending of the wire where it enters the handle will undoubtedly produce the same result eventually so I excercise great care with it also... these brushes are excellent for hard to reach places but they aren't exactly inexpensive. A little care will go a long way to extending use. YMMV.

You still need to be gentle with the Daytona...the wire coming out of the handle is not break proof.

yeah, nothing is break proof, but Daytona is a heck of a lot better so far than the crap blue EZ Detail brush build quality. Honestly, when the Daytona breaks, I think I'm just going to stick with my $5 Megs wheel brush you can get at Big Lots and the relabeled Gerbil from Pepboys. Most of my wheel cleaning can be accomplished just as well with those two.

You guys need to get off of the Daytona/EZ brush because they do nothing but break. The number one failure and complaint is broken shafts and you hear it quite often.

Get yourself and Raceglaze XL brush and you'll never look back. You never hear anything negative about raceglaze brushes and you dont get any splatter like you do with the Daytona's/EZ.
