Favorite Gift

My Christmas gift in 2009 is being in good health after recovering from major surgical/health issues starting ~20mos. ago in early '08......and the caring, help and love I received to make it back for the holidays this year.. My New Year's 2010 present will be clean & disease free test results from an endoscopic exam that I will have on Jan. 7th, after something small turned up on a CAT scan I had just prior to Christmas.

Nothing, no matter how wonderful a gift and how beautifully wrapped & exciting will top the results I am hoping and praying to hear after my test. My gift will be "being well", living w/o these huge levels of anxiety and just, "being", again. Know what I mean?

That will be my favorite gift!
See ya.

PS - some of you guys & gals made out like bandits!! Pretty nice stuff listed in your posts. You must have been Good "kids" this year!!

We made out for sure. My wife went back to teaching in August after being a stay-at-home mom for 5 years--our youngest is now in full-day kindergarten. That boost in income has been a real blessing for our family especially with a car that we've been hoping would last without having to put major money into it. Well we traded the '99 Regal GSE for a 2010 Chevy Traverse LTZ AWD. I made the deal on Christmas Eve and we picked it up on the day after Christmas. I've never had a brand new car. We are so thankful for how we have been blessed.

Happy New Year all!

Bob, I will pray that January 7 brings good news for you.

And I got her a new 10meg Sony Camera with 10x zoom so hopefully I have better pics for product reviews and before/afters.

Thanks ToddZ..............I appreciate your good thoughts and prayers. I so hope I am OK. That will be my present.

And I'm happy that you were able to get that new Chevrolet. Sounds like it will be very nice. And what fun that you finished the deal on Christmas Eve. Congratulations.

See ya.

Did Santa sneak you a Flex under the tree

As a matter of fact, yes. :xyxthumbs:

I think my favorite was a generic metal cabinet my folks got me though. I was piling all my products in the cabinets above our washer/dryer. They're kinda small and filled with various household cleaning stuff, so space was thin. Now I have room to spare. Im the MAN
