Favorite one step polish

I have the v34, it's suppose to be a really aggressive compound but I don't see it as such but it works fine for paint that's not too bad.

How would you compare the v36 to the Meguiar's 205?

One thing I like about the v34 is the ease of wiping it off

So v34 doesn't compare to m105? Does it have less cut?

V34 does not finish well compared to v36. v36 is a strong polish whereas 34 is considered a hybrid compound. I worked with 205 two times and both times started with 105. Results were epic. I would say 205 has less cut than 36 and thus finishes better. V38 has less cut than 205 but if there were a v37 thats where 205 would be.
 
I used Meg's D151 yesterday after a wash (cannon + 2 bucket), then nanoskin... then D151. Orange pad on the hood, white pad on the rest of the car...
Looks awesome. That was 6 hrs later. When I have time, i'll be going back to do my wax, although what D151 leaves behind will do for now.
 
I have just started using the Menzerna PF2500. Love it with the CCS white pad!!! Used M205 and Turbowax finishing polish before and this blows them away IMHOP.
 
+1 for d151 for quick jobs. But doing high end paint restoration? There is no perfect one step. I always do a bunch of test spots with different combinations of pads and polishes to find what I am looking for.

I let the paint tell me what it wants! Always a toss up between how it finishes and how much it can remove defects!
 
Menz FG400
I did this Chevy one step with it, Rupes LHR 15 and LC Orange Pads. Sealed with Auto Finesse Power Seal.

This truck had never been professionally detailed in 7 years.

No marring, removed all swirls, FG400 is a great product imho.
