After trying out all of the major brands, I've come to the conclusion that Armor All's Quick Detail spray is by far the best. I know what you're thinking, so hear me out. Most of the other brands I've tried are very "watery" and seem to strip the paint of anything on it. AA is very thick with carnauba wax in it. It actually seems thicker than some spray waxes I've used.

It leaves an incredible shine for a quick spray. Just make sure to flip over the towel to a clean side after applying, otherwise a bit of streaking may occur. But I defy anyone to try it and not like it.

i don't necessarily have a favorite but at the moment i like and use fk425, oid, and 3D final touch...

I like Opti ID and Prima Slick. However, sometimes these thick ones are too much and I'll use Meg's Mirror Glaze Detailer in the tan bottle.

Have you tried 303's "Detail Spray" yet?

Original and VOC-compliant ArmorAll...Formulated purpose: A "Protectant"
303 AP......Formulated purpose: A "Protectant"

Seems each Brand has expanded their product line-up to include a "Detail Spray".

-Are their "Detail Sprays" still: "Protectants"?

-Can't I just use their "Original Protectants" as "Detail Sprays"?
a.) Yes? Great!! Then why purchase another, seperate bottle of product.
b.) No? Has their "protectant-formulations" changed?

AA is very thick with carnauba wax in it.

Is titanium dioxide a carnuba wax?

Can't believe no one has mentioned this but UWW+ makes a great quick detail spray.

Meguiars and FK 425. The Megs seems to clean better but the 425 leaves a really slick shine.

Favorites - Both wipe super easy and smell great.
Poorboys Spray and Gloss
DP Final Gloss

I've not tried the Armorall quick detail, but their tire gel is one of my favorites, so maybe i'll grab one and give it a shot.

One of the biggest problems i have with over the counter product is the cheap sprayers they come with... Even with the poorboys "add on" sprayer I find getting a good mist can be difficult. By far my favorite bottles are the clear Heavy Duty Home Depot/ZEP bottles... the nozzles are great.

My favorite I can get here locally from a shop called Prevettes. They have one with carnauba wax and one with out. I like them both!
Google them! and quite cost effective also.

Seems that with it being fortified with carnauba it would be a spray wax as opposed to a QD. For me it's FK425 for QD and Optimum for spray wax.

I take it you're talking about the Wash & Wax Detailer? Seems to be a waterless wash now that I looked it up.

That's odd I find the heavy duty zep spray bottles horrible. It doesn't give a really good wide mist compared to the one I got from Canadian Tire.

It was so funny because after looking at the title, I just had a feeling it would be Armor All!
