The second and most obvious for me is the Bullitt Mustang... I realize Steve McQeen used two in the production, and the whereabouts of them now or at least the one in the chase has rumors abound that it's in a barn somewhere and the owner will not confirm it's existence. I read it on the internet so it must be true... LOL!

My favorites over the years has been any cars driven like they were stolen! There have been many cars in tv and movies that appear for their "exotic" presence and then there are those cars that appear for that reason and are then driven hard.
My favorite of all time was the M5 driven in the BMW short film "Star". A Guy Ritchie directed, Madonna, Clive Owen starring thriller. The car used was actually a 540 made to look like the new M5 at the time and the stunt driver was Bill Auberlen:
